Babylon

First mentioned as woodcuters settlement in the beginning of 15th century near the pond Pařezov, which is also called babylon. In the Middle age the town Domažlice changed this two ponds for Chodský Újezd. In the year 1863 was built through the valley the railway from Domažlice to Bavarian Brod nad Lesy. babylon is an important recreation centre of this area.
